As a 1st Party Customer Service Representative at GB Collects LLC, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships.
This position involves direct communication with clients, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience, with a primary focus on debt collection and account resolutions.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a professional and courteous communication style with clients Facilitate debt collection and account resolution processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Provide exceptional customer service and support during the debt collection and resolution processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, transactions, debt collection efforts, and resolutions.
Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Work closely with other team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Maintain proper time management to coincide with high call volumes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
TIme management & organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Familiarity with debt collection practices and regulations is a plus.
Proficient in using relevant computer software and systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
