1K a year 4 hours ago 4 hours ago 4 hours ago Summary/Objective The School of Philadelphia Ballet New Jersey Studio Receptionist is a part-time position responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing directions and general information to parents, students, dancers, staff, visitors, and other guests of the Philadelphia Ballet at our New Jersey location.
Additionally, the Studio Receptionist will ensure compliance with health and safety protocols required to gain entry to all Philadelphia Ballet facilities.
The Studio Receptionist will provide administrative support to other Departments including Operations, Artistic Staff and School of the Philadelphia Ballet as needed.
Essential Functions:
Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
Answer questions and assist as needed with registration.
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols required for facility access.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring security cameras and guest visits.
Respond to inquiries and provide general information about Philadelphia Ballet and The School of Philadelphia Ballet.
Monitor & communicate studio schedules, rentals, and conference room booking.
Communicate maintenance requests to appropriate personnel or contractors based on priority.
Maintain a tidy appearance of the reception area, restrooms, and kitchenette.
Provide clerical/administrative support as requested.

Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9:

m.
SPB New Jersey requires reception coveratge 3:
30-6:
30pm Monday through Thursday and Saturdays 9:
00 am to 2:
00 pm.
Part-time shifts may vary.
Required Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service or support role.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures, office equipment, computers, telephones.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Required Skills and Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
